This oil is capable of inhibiting fungal infections, both internally and externally, and relieves fungal infections such as dysentery, skin diseases, athlete’s foot, and dermatitis. This property is one of the reasons behind its use in skincare products.

Sage essential oil aids digestion, soothes the stomach, and improves the functionality of the entire digestive system against inflammation caused by excess acids. It also neutralizes acids in the stomach and bloodstream, providing relief from heartburn and acidosis, which in turn protects us from peptic ulcers caused by acidity, as well as boils, rashes, and skin diseases that occur when acid levels rise in the blood.
