Slimming:
Yunnan province, in southwest China, is home to the aged Pu-erh tea style. This humid, mild, and mountainous region has conditions that are ideal for growing tea. Full-bodied and dark, its earthy flavor becomes stronger, thicker, and sweeter the longer you brew it. Pu-erh tea cleanses toxins and free radicals. Pu-erh tea uses its properties to increase oxygen levels, which improves circulation and blood flow.
DIRECTIONS: 4 grams per 200 ml at a temperature of 95ºC for 5 to 10 minutes of steeping.
